The bait is the 5 night 6 day vacation of a lifetime with a return plane ticket for only $250. First red flag: Why is the return flight paid for and not a round trip ticket? The reason is, that these vacation packages are bogus, and they know that most people will not have the money to purchase a plane ticket to get there. Therefore, they are banking on the fact that most people will not even inquire into the trip. I mean why would hotels be willing to sell their room for a week at any resort in the world for $250?
The second bait is the fact that you can make $15,000 in 2 - 3 weeks. Beware, $5000 is in free travel and $10,000 supposedly will hit your bank account. Folks, anytime a company says you can make $10,000 in three weeks from a $250 "investment", RUN!!!! There is no such thing!
All of this is based on a compressed matrix. That means you get in line, and as more and more people get in you move up the ladder and when you reach the top, you get the money. This is all good, but what happens when you get there and find out there is no money, because the people that started this have skipped town with your money. This is what happened to YTB.

ReplyDeletehad watched the two videos, especially the one about the comp plan. I think
this is a gigantic international scam/pyramid scheme, even though it sounds
very enticing and some people will make some money at this. The first red
flag was that they do not accept credit cards but you can buy sign-up
vouchers or wire the money to the company. On the videos there is virtually
no reference to making money from the travel business, only from recruiting
people. The company is supposed to be based in London but they are not at
the address on their website. This was a virtual office and I spoke to the
management company of this building and he said TVI “had packed up their
bags overnight and disappeared with no forwarding address”. This apparently
happened a couple of months ago. If you call the customer service number it
rings three times and then disconnects (I tried 10 times). I sent them an
email last week asking for details of their management team and they have
not replied yet (although they promise 48 hour service). Interestingly
enough they have been loading up new videos on their website this week but
the address and phone number are the same! It is rumored the owner is of
Indian descent and the bank they use is in Cypress. So if someone wants to
send their money to a reputed Indian national who has a phantom office in
London and a bank account in Cypress then I wish them all the luck in the
world!

With all the programs out there, then you have people like yourself exposing these companies, then promoting your own books, ideas, or theories, or even business. Who is anyone going to believe? Why should any of us hard working people want to waste our time and money on any of these businesses. Just a thought!

They know that in today's economy, noone will be able to afford the departure flight price. I know of several people that actually gave their trips away once they got them, due to the fact that they were time share promotions. You can get those type of free trips at anytime without going through TVI Express!

Ok Guys my question is why don't you all do your own research? I did & personaly know of 3 people who have used the Tviexpress Holiday Vouchers successfully & others who have used thy'er discounts on flights and Hotels have saved up to 60% on thy'er stay.

There is a lot of information out there on the web - pros and cons - and it certainly can seem overwhelming.

The real question is weather this is a viable business model which can last for a decade or more...or....is it just a money game where some people will make money in the short run and one day - the last in line will have to lose again?
One rule I have for myself, is I will not get involved with a company, nor promote a company to my friends and family, which doesn't already have more than 10 years of a track record.
And if a company is a "start up" - it better have a stellar management team with a track record, and I would still be cautioning everyone I introduced it to to be aware of the risk.
Every company has to start somewhere - I know. Just measure the risk vs reward. Other companies with long track records (over 10 years) may not have the enticing rewards offered in something like TVI....but you can bank on them likely not folding overnight.

People are funny! An opportunity has been presented to make money by putting $250 at RISK for a few weeks time. I made MY OWN decision after talking to others that have made $10,000 or more, did what was expected in bringing in TWO people that will get TWO who will do the same and I DOUBLED my money in TWO WEEKS -- $500. ANY new venture holds a risk! IF one enters in knowing it could be flushing $250 down the toilet... that's simply the variable consideration of RISK against potential GAIN. ReplyDeleteI find this to be very interesting. Usually people who speak against a product, company etc, is someone who has used them personally. Therefore making the comment valid. Well I can tell you first hand that this company is legitimate. I have been very fortunate to have been in this business for the last 2 weeks, and have already received my 500.00. As well as 3 others that I have personally sponsored(they have also received theirs). I was introduced to this program from a personal friend. I was skeptical at first, but I did my due diligence, and pursued the idea. Once I paid my 250.00, I was emailed my 6 day/7 night voucher that allows me to stay anywhere in the world. I have read the above blog and all of the comments. No one has asked "Where is the money coming from"? If you pay in $250 and will get $15,000 in three weeks, where is the money coming from? No products are sold for income. The only source of money is the membership, i.e. those $250's. So, what you receive, the $15000, is the money from the new joiners. This is a money game. You use Peter's money to pay Paul. The company must have learned it from Madoff. Look this case could go on for years! How long did Madoff enjoy his freedom? As long as there are enough new moneys to pay off the old commissions, the problem doesn't surface. But if you don't get to travel as promised, that another matter.
ReplyDeleteAnother thing, if you get some of the pay in vouchers, that's not good either. Vouchers are not even as good as IOU's. The latter admit that he/she/it/or they owe you. You have recourse. But vouchers are like tickets. If you don't use them they are no good to you. If you can sell them, you're okay. But can you take them to the Company and ask for money instead? Good luck to you. That's why they pay you in vouchers in the first place.
The Company not accepting credit cards? Why not? No charge back, no liability. Clever!

Here's how it works. It's not as easy as everybody thinks. You have to get 10 people to join in order for you to hit the first board which gives you $500. In order to reach the top of the second board you essentially have to have 150 people in your downline in order to qualify for the second board that pays you $15,000. $10,000 is cash and $5000 is travel vouchers. It would have just been simpler to have gotten all those people to pay you instead of TVI Express. Think about it, 10 people in the first board, and 150 people in the second board equals 160 people times $250 equals $40,000!! Instead the company keeps $30,000 and pays you $10,000.

Vimala, you seem to be a very nice person, and I respect that you are excited about the opprtunity, however you mentioned that you like the fact that people are helping you. I think if your upline thought that he could make $10,000 for "helping" you he will show that he really cares for you. You also mentioned that he bought 2 accounts. This raises a red flag. Why did he have to buy 2 accounts? Also, you mentioned that you heard about someone actually receiveing $10,000. This is the most common red flag. Everyone on these posts, and everyone that I have ever talked to has heard of someone receiving $10,000, but noone has yet to show me proof. Just like, lots of people heard that Bernie Maddoff has an ivestment that returs 12% guaranteed, but very few people made that return!

ReplyDeleteIn terms of helping people I am talking about now I am in a position where I am going to be helping my downline - I have filled my positions and yes I have 3 positions because I wanted to buy them.. I didn't have to but wanted to, and my sponsor also chose to have more than one position. Some people who have joined under me have bought one position others have bought 3. So no red flag there just about choice. As I mentioned before I do know someone personally and a lot of other people (who I communicate with) who have received their $10,000 I did say if anyone wants to see that proof I can show them. In terms of the holiday I have pre booked mine this morning, and no it's not time share. The reason the company is not accepting credit cards at this point in time (they were in the beginning) is that in one week the were hit with huge amounts of fraud from China. They are working on setting up another more secure way to do it at the moment. I can understand this and especially with over 300,000 members. I'm not here to defend TVI because they don't need defending, I just want to answer some of the questions clearly. It is a great company with a great opportunity. They are still not accepting credit cards. In regards to prebooking of your free six night 7 day travel, they do require your credit card as ANY hotel or resort, accomodation anywhere be it a caravan park requires your credit card and they do clearly state the reason they take it, is not for THEM to charge you but for the security for the hotel/accomodation. ReplyDeleteWhere does the money come from to pay out so many thousands of dollars? It comes from the $250 fee. And, this is illegal. This is how a ponsi scheme is set up. The incoming money pays for the people who are in first. When not enough money is coming in as the scam becomes saturated the scheme crashes and the creators run with the money they've taken out for themselves.

In order for this scam to be legal the money would need to come from sales of holiday packages and in a multi-level plan that money would be broken down on a downline much this way:
*Your sale -- you get, let's say, 10%
*Your direct downline each gets 10% of each of their own sales and passes up, let's say 5% to you
*Your secondary downline gets 10% for each of their direct sales, passes up 5% to to their upline and passes up, let's say, 2% to you.
So you make a sale of $2000.
Your 10% is $200.
Your direct downline is 10 people who each sell $2000 getting themselves 10% or $200. They pay up to you 5% each. That is $100 each making you direct downline pay you 10 times 100 equalling $1000.
Your secondary downline does the same and lat's say your secondary downline equals 20 people who pay you 2%, their upline sponsor 5% and they keep 10% of the direct sale of, let's still say, $2000 of which 2% equalls $40.
So 20 secondary sales paying you 2% gives you $800.
Please pay attention to this. The money comes from sales not from sign up fees. Sign up fees paying back thousands of dollars can only collapse.

ReplyDelete90 recruits, to sell your position is simply that since Pajki is unhappy instead of having them clog up the board someone in their upline can purchase that position. It takes a little bit of mucking around but it can be done. Tgustin, I know what you are saying, I speak directly with some people who have made multiple $10k and also know people who have taken holidays with the heavy discounts.

Why is it that people always tell me "I know someone else that has gotten their $10,000", but they themselves cannot say the same thing. The initial people that started in the Maddoff pyramid scheme all got their money in the begining, but they now have to give it back since it was a ponzi scheme. My advise is to those of you that know someone that got $10,000, to tell them not to spend it yet. They may have to give it back once this is declared a ponzi scheme.
ReplyDeleteI have a friend in TVI and I was very close to getting in, more out of curiousity on the questions I couldnt answer without being a member. 1st off there is not an mlm that doesn't take a credit card, nor is there an mlm that doesn't list the founder,CEO, principals etc, with bios, to begin with I was sure this was a pyramid since there is no product or focus on a product without a product there is no business. I went in her back office to book a trip and the airfare was actually more to acapulco then on the airline website direct, it is nothing more then a search engine that pulls any published rate,there is no affiliation with any hotel,rci or other. you do not need to pay 250 to be a member to get these rates get them anywhere on the web, expedia, alaska travel etc.with the company having only been around for less then a year , how is there and events page on the website that talks of the ANNUAL retreat as though it has happened several time over as it usually is held in Hawaii but has been in Grand Cayman per the website??? really yet they have been around less then a year how odd, the 6 nights is still on hold has been for over a month, if you can not redeem them the website has no integrity, you have to be able to recieve what is advertised why don't that add a disclaimer to this in the website also why is there no update in the information posting section of the website? why does all correspondence say the TVI Express team and never a person with a name real companies state from the CEO or someother named person and title, who moves from London to India? and still not update with an address on the wesite, the pictures of the new space how Ghetto really and you can earn a Villa or a Jet from this company? The most interesting thing is about the way they pay out, yes people are getting paid but not from the company, when the 10k shows in your back office not one person I spoke to ever got the money from the company they all traded for vouchers they then sell to the downline new members for their space on the board, yes every one of them, so if there is no money being paid to the company how do they have any operating capital how do they pay anyone ever? how do they buy a member a jet or even a cup of coffee for that matter, so yes people are getting paid. 10k equals 40 vouchers at 250 you sell them to 40 new members and you are paid, and there you have it, internet pyramid.

to all tvi members do you know why the website still shows the london phone and address , yet in the announcements section tvi says they are moving to india and this was in september, why have they not added the new address or at least removed the old one. I was on a conference call with the lead person in my friends upline and he said he speaks with corporate in london weekly yet even tvi website in the announcement section clearly says they moved from the london location to india, if the pictures of the new location floating around are real which I doubt they ARE, then they certainly have a new address to post. People are naive' people lie, people believe what they want to believe when they do no wish to work and want to get rich quick. There are alot people using God and the bible in their belief in this deal and the bible is very clear that we are to work and work hard, and that we are not to go after get rich quick schemes which this clearly is. If you want to pursue this was of getting money you do not even need tvi just make up 40 certificates state they are good for 6 night hotels and a place on a board that you cna earn money sell them for 250 each and you have 10k, that is exactly what tvi is the certificates are no good. I wanted this to be true, I wanted it for the trip I wanted it for my friend, even though people are getting money , however please don't fool yourself they are not being paid in the real sense of the meaning of being paid, they are selling mere pieces of useless paper and a dream. You have to ask yourself what real company would ever endorse strangers putting money in the accounts of strangers in another state even in order to join, tell me one real company that operates that way and again I ask how does the company ever get money? no one is booking a trip on the back office search engine and if they are it is so minimal and the airlines do not pay for bookings to third parties at all. for this to be even a bit true there would need to be a focus on the back office travel site and it's not current members actually tell you if you just want the travel then I don't want you to join, the sooner it is acknowledged for what it is a pyramid the better. You do actually pay the company money at this point in time though you are paying it through a liberty reserve account . Some people are buying vouchers from other people, but most people upon joining will set up their own liberty reserve account.

I am not TVI so I can not answer why they have not changed that infomation on the website, but a guy in my team contacted them directly the other day and asked them to make sure they are updating the information on the website. I did go in and book my 6 night 7 day travel but it did not appear on the website or as an email stating it was back up and opperational for 3 days after I had done it. Yep, they need to fix that up, and I am confident they are working on that as eveything they have been working on has come through. Also they are in the process of bringing in another payment option at the moment.
I only talked to ten people all of which are getting vouchers not money from the company, one guy said he is making 100k per month and yes all of it in vouchers, please tell me how many people are actually oaying tvi directly , I have not heard of one person paying tvi thru liberty reserve, do you understand that if a majority of the people are buying vouchers no money is going to the company? my friend is going to ask to be paid direct from tvi when she goes off the express board, how they will pay her is a mystery since all the people she and her downline have bought vouchers from the upline members not one dime has gone to tvi , this will be interesting to see how this works.

ReplyDeleteHi Vim, Glad you got back to me. If that site is a wordpress blog it's likely they may have been hit by the iFrame attacks that have occured recently. Google "iframe attack" for more info about it. Tell them to upgrade their blog right away. In fact if anyone on here has a WP blog upgrade it! I had to rebuild an entire server after it was hit.

Yes I'd love to get the number for TVI. This one seems to be such a hot topic. On one hand people scream it's a scam and to stay away, others who are members rave about it's benefits. If it's a pyramid scheme or ponzi then so is every other MLM out there so I won't go so far as to say that, but it is rather odd that they have no info about owners, say they are at such and such location when they are not, and aren't very transparent.
I'll hold my jurdgement on them until I've researched them some more so a working phone number would help.

Look guys! Think about for just a second. Why join a company that has so many unanswered questions about its integrity? I have been going back and forth with people about this for months; are they in India, or are they headquartered in the UK, are people getting their $10,000 or are they not, is it a legitimate travel voucher or is it a time share presentation? You don't have to ask these questions when it's a legit company!! One might say. well it's only $250, let's try and see what happens. If the person that told you about TVI does not have any vouchers, then they have to find someone with a voucher, you have to send them the money for the voucher, then they send you the e-voucher, and then you sign up. With all the technology today, one should be able to just go onto the sponsor's website, click join and put in their own credit card or checking account information. One would think??? I have since then joined another company very similar to TVI and I just went straight to the person's replicated website and signed up. It was only $100 and I have my own site! I joined in October of 2009, and I was sponsored by my boyfriend. We were told about this opportunity by a friend who plays pro sports. So in any event, I was a little skeptical, because it sounded too good to be true! So, needless to say. I didn't join immediately, but my boyfriend did!. So I didn't think much about about it. Well about 2 weeks went by, and he received an email in his yahoo account from the company stating he had received 500.00(250 cash, 250 voucher) in his back office.Once I saw that, I jumped in head first. Obvious and legitimate question and no one is really stepping up to answer...if travel certificates were available for trade or sale, wouldn't there be a demand for such a wonderful discounted opportunity? Doesn't even seem to be a hint of a whisper about it...just about bringing more folks in, ironically, under the premise of the travel certificate being the lesser one of the two primary benefits!

They take very calculated risks that they know the outcomes to. Sure it's only $250.00, but think about how many other "opportunities" you could say that about and get sucked in every time. I know that there has not been a lot of talk on here about the travel discounts, and the people in my team are working on some videos this week to show the comparisons..I will post the video later this week, but this is an excerpt from an email from a man who is in my team which he has sent out today..

TVI is great, if you are sitting on the fence wondering, you can call us on skype - frazerash1 if you decide it's not for you, that's fine, but take a look, and no don't join with the people saying it's $27 or $117 or $2.99 they are being checked out by TVI at the moment and will be shut down. With the new credit card system TVI has introduced in the last week, sign ups are going smoothly, and people are not having to buy vouchers from each other..
Remember though, a lot of the people slagging TVI are only doing it to benefit them so they can promote their own thing..

I thought the whole purpose of paying the $250 was to get a vacation package with a free return flight included, I din't realize that the $250 is to join a service that I could get a 10% discount on travel. I coul get much better deals from Orbitz, or Hotwire, without having to pay $250.00!

Interesting reviews of this TVI. I have friends trying to get me involved but it is a front end loaded scheme that will go under once the new members stop giving the $250. As far as RCM the new scheme why is there no address for the company if it is legit business? Nowhere on the marketing site is the companies credentials listed. RED FLAG!

Unfortunately we have not been able to and this is causing a huge problem. I cannot promote TVI and tell you it is a good opportunity any more. The owners are nowhere to be found, FTC and ACCC have started an investigation of the company, people have not gotten their commission checks, and more to come in the next couple of weeks. The sad thing about this situation is that people are always looking to get rich quick. How is this company funded? If people stop joining TVI express, then they run out of money and company shuts down. Momentum is high now because people are trying to make fast money. Who even runs this TVI company? Every legitimate company always has the corporate staff somewhere on the website. This is like AD Surf daily. They'll pay you a while to lour more people in, and then they cut your throat. This is a scam people. Anyone can purchase travel vouchers for 10 cents a piece, do a google search.

@pamorello: At last count there were over 300 MLM/mutli-level companies that were marketing vitamins and health products. In my opinion nutritional MLMs are the worst for several reasons: A. The market is way oversaturated and therefore too much competition, B. their vitamins ussually are way too expensive, and overated, and C. the payout is hardly nothing. You make an average of $5.00 per sale when you find a customer. That's horrible. Get into the insurance business. You can make $500 - $800 per sale, it's recession proof, and it's like a grocery store, there will always be a need!! Hope that helps!!
ReplyDeleteI am a reluctant member of TVI. I knew it was a scam from the beginning. I am a business owner and one of my partners suggessted we join becuase of our network. So I joined and as MR, 90days stated you need roughly 125-150 people in your downline to "graduate" the express board and collect $10,000. Guess we both completed this. but here is the catch and what I knew all along, we were unable to transfer this money into any functioning bank account. We requested the payout from TVI in our back office, I recieved an email saying my account wasnt "verified"....never heard anything about this. So after searching through the website I finally find the section to verify my account. This is done with passport, state drivers liscense etc. After uploading my drivers license I recieved a notification 5 days later saying my account was verified and my payout request was being processed. 2 days later I received a notification that my request had been denied!!!! This was of course without any explaination. I raised a ticket and have been waiting for an answer on why I was denied since Dec 28,2009. For my associates and I this wasnt a huge loss as it was only $250.00 and it won't ruin any relationsips but for others who are not in the same position we are in and are really looking for something to turn their financial situations into something great, it is a complete impossibility.

You have to think, this company is a baby that has grown before its maturity. Many of you are over looking that. What MLM company expects the growth that they have experienced in the first year. What my partner did who has spoken to other members who have not received there $10,000 but it was credited to there TVI account is simply using it to buy vouchers from the company and then selling them to people across the country who are looking to get in. And this has been going on for a while....dont take my word for it as soon as you make it off the travellers board try to withdraw the $250 in cash and see if you are allowed. ReplyDelete@Michael, What a ridiculous excuse for defending a bogus company. Just because the are new and have grown very quickly doesn't give them an excuse not to pay commissions. All companies go through glitches, but the mistakes that TVI has made are unacceptable. This company is taking people's money and not paying commissions. I have been asking for someone to show proof of payment of their commissions for over 6 months now and not a single person has come forward. Don't fall for this scam!

Kat I hate to question your integrity but I almost have to because of the statments about receiving checks from TVI. I have been through the entire process there is $10,000 sitting in my virtual account but I was denied when I tried to withdraw it. The same thing happened to someone in my downline when they tried to withdraw the $250.00 they made when they exited the travel board. And from what bank are these "so called" checks that everyone claims they get drawn on? I'm not saying youre being untruthful and I know you want to defend your investment so if you have received money from TVI I would just like an explaination of how you WITHDREW the money not how your built your team, not how you moved through the boards, I've done that already. I just want to know how you got the money from your TVI account into a regular bank account. Thanks

ReplyDeleteWilliam, you need to go to your back office and read the announcements of 10th December for the new customer service number at the new Heathrow office. Keep in mind that you should call during business hours London time.
ReplyDeleteAs for recieving your payment, check that the info you sent for verification of your account is EXACTLY the same as you submitted in your profile when you first joined. This is simply a measure to ensure that the payment is going to the right person.

I was with TVI Express Until the other day. The reason I left was simple- there was more evidence for TVI being a scam then there was against. And I know if I stayed and it was found to be a scam as a distributer to could also be punished. To me it was not worth the risk.
ReplyDeleteHere is a snippet of some evidence that was found by people who are considered leaders of TVI Express.....
1. People were sent to both the UK and Cypress offices - TVI Express was not there.
2. No one has been able to speak to the CEO of the company (well they have spoken to him however he is adamant that he is not the CEO even though papers have been found stating he is).
3. The leaders have not been able to find anyone who has been able to take their free holiday. Lots of people have applied however none have been approved.
4. The leaders have not been able to find anyone who has received incentives that they are entitled to.
5. People are getting their 15,000 for cycling out, however to cycle out you need to sign people up to potentially false promises (the free holiday and incentives) and we could not morally to this.
If you are a distributor you seriously need to ask yourself these 2 questions.
1. Do you have enough evidence to prove that everything TVI Express offers is legit?
2. If TVI is a scam and is prosecuted for it, are willing to be prosecuted as well?
If you stay I wish you the best of luck and hope for your sake what nearly everyone on here assumes and knows is incorrect.

ReplyDeleteI have a friends who just got into TVI, so I've been doing research because it sounded too good to be true. And I think it is so I will not be joining.
ALSO - I've been in the travel business for about 24 years and things have changed. There is no way to make "big buck" in travel anymore. The gross commission with cruise lines is about 3%, zero with airlines, about 7% with hotels; and about 9% with air and hotel packages.
ALSO - The new ship the Oasis of the Seas is Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines newest ship. It is a wonderful new ship that holds about 5000 passengers in 7 "neighborhoods". I can't find it now in this blog but someone was talking about a Royal Oasis timeshare thing??? To my knowledge you book the Oasis through travel agents or the cruise line direct, you don't have to join a travel club.

ReplyDeleteOnce again it has been a while since I posted on here - I wanted to get pretty clear on this. A lot of the leaders in our team have defected from TVI the reasons for this are because they are looking to take people into the "new" opportunity they are joining which is a copycat of TVI. They have caused an enormous amount of damage to our teams. I have scoured the ftc site and the Accc and a place called ICPEN and there is NOTHING about tvi.. no warning nothing.. and they have now been around for a year. We talk to people who have teams LARGE teams which are really doing well. YES the travel is still on hold which is disappointing. But I wanted to show you guys evidence of a friend of mine. (someone I know personally) who has received her money IN HER BANK ACCOUNT. We took a shot of her screen - I dont quite know if I can post this on here - but if you know a way mike please let me know. I have it here to show you guys. TVI Express is alive and well. There is a new team called Presidential Group of TVI NorthAmerica. It started on January 6th, 2010. Earlier this week, there were 200 members. As of today, there are in excess of 300 with many coming on daily. People from other countries are finding out about this team & are joining as well. LOTS of people are coming in from other groups that are sitting on stalled boards. The number of new members grows larger each day as they in turn refer their contacts.
ReplyDeleteIn the original TVI program, many people realized that it would be a money maker & purchased multiple positions. I'll admit that I did the same. But, then they realize that they couldn't recruit or sponsor enough people to fill the positions under them. Therefore, that board just stalls out. I found myself in that position as did others upline from me. My sponsor was next in line to collect his $10,000 in one of his positions & then we found out about the Presidential Group of TVI NorthAmerica. My sponsor forfeited his chance at $10K & jumped to this team as did his sponsor & a large part of his group. It's happening multiple times per day now. The approximate time from joining this team to collecting the $250 cash, $250 voucher, plus $10,000 is approximately 30 days. The first two to exit the Express board took just over 3 weeks! That's before all the members began rolling in. That period will shorten as more people join. They've collected their $10K & now have a secound identy that entered on the Express board. Do the math...two positions on the Express board that will hopefully cycle each month!
Here's why everyone on this team will be successful. Under the original plan, people sponsored others who followed them through the boards & helped push them along. The problem arose when people who joined didn't sponsor their two under them. That stalled the board for them & everyone else on it. It was just stagnant. Most of them knew this was an excellent plan but got discouraged & quit working it.
This team operates differently! Team members are bringing in new people by the droves. But, the new members don't necessarily follow whoever brought them in. The new people are stragecially placed where needed to fill boards in the order that they joined. Everyone will end up with two others under them, but it won't be anyone they personally recruited. This assures that everyone is qualified & moves up in order. Unlike the old program, there is no "jumping". No one will ever cycle off a board before their sponsor.

Look Epicbob and Joe, why do you insist on building people's hopes and dreams on false promises and expectations. I am from India.TVI was launched in 2009 in India, it has not picked up very well over here, though people who have joined TVI are trying very hard and trying all sorts of tricks to lure people to join TVI.Some are so desperate that they have gone out of the way and are asking people to invest Rs.13000/- with them,and promising them double the amounti.e.Rs.26000/- after 2yrs., and they are using this money in enrolling their downline.
ReplyDeleteNow let us understand the business plan of TVI.If one comes out successfully from the first board i.e., the Traveller's board, then 256 new recruits are needed for him to come out of the second board i.e. the Express board and recieve $10,000. There are 4 stages in express board and 64 new entrants are needed to move from one stage to the next and that makes it 64+64+64+64=256.This 256 is not a small number to be achieved and it will take a very long time as the Express board will be very slow moving.
Some may get success in it, but by and large 98% of the people will lose their, as always happens in any MLM .
As far as their vouchers are concerned, these are already selling in bulk at a very low price of Rs.200/- in DELHI and other big cities in India.So beware TVI, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Okay to get the record straight my girlfriends parents who I am very close with have just made their $15,000. It was harder than a few weeks but it was only about a month or 2. They took out $9,000 out of the commission which was taxed $500 for all the bank transferring but into their bank account was and I not only held but saw their bank statement with the transaction of $8,500. I have no idea really yet about the vacation package cause they haven't tried it but they do have $8,500 for the $250 they put in.
ReplyDeleteWhat Andrew is failing to mention is that the parents of his girlfriend had to enroll 264 people into TVI to get the $15,000. Something else he fails to mention is the fact that the thing he calls "taxes" was actually $5000 of fake travel vouchers. One more thing he failed to mention was the fact that they had to pay for the enrollment of many of their downline to the tune of $12,000 - $13,000! Not a very good return on their money.

I hear all the comments but please is there anybody out there who has been on holiday with TVI? My partner and I were invited to a presetation last week, and were impressed. I am a very sceptical person especially when someone comes with such schemes. Firts of all I knew that this was a Pyramid scheme and therefore if we were to join we were going to do so with our eyes open. infact we had written off the money (R2700 = $337.50).We were also shown power point slides with Bill Clinton, Robert Kyosaki, Richard Branson and Warren Buffet as principals and supporters of this scheme. Now we are not naive, we are sure that these estimed gentlemen and Business men would not touch this scheme with 100 meter pole! Does anyone know of their involvement? Please let us know and if possible provide us with the contact details of any of these gentlemen should you have them in order for us to verify. We are also sceptical about prizes that can be won i.e, a Villa, a Jet, Germany Luxury Sedans! just to name a few. However we thought that since this has only introiduced in South Africa we might be ablke to recoup our "investments" before the pyramid collapses. What do you think?

They are NOT principals and supporters at all!!!! My friend there are far better opportunities to invest your money in. If at all possible, you must try to get your money back. To convert that into cash, you can 1) convert that into eVouchers (1 to 1) which you sell to new recruits (i.e. you are paid directly by new recruits), 2) pay like 22% wire transfer fee to do a wire transfer (takes weeks, if it even goes through), or 3) get nickel-and-dime'd through Liberty Reserve or SolidTrustPay and wait weeks for conversion, if it even goes through.

The lies spread by TVI Express recruiters that Robert Kiyosaki, Warren Buffet, and so on are principals of TVI Express is rather hilarious. It shows that people don't read what TVI Express actually wrote on their webpage.
ReplyDeleteUnder TVI Express's Expert Watch (go to their website and look for yourself), it actually says that Kiyosaki would start a MLM company if he had to start over, and Warren Buffet owns SOME stocks of MLM companies through Berkshire Hathaway. The section has been since revised to say that Network Marketing (i.e. MLM) is a legitimate business type.
An interesting observation: you will find NO MENTION of TVI Express in the Richdad.com forums. Richdad.com is Mr. Kiyosaki's website about his Rich Dad (tm) products and fans. You'd think that he'd at least put in a good word about TVI Express if he's really involved, heh? Nope. Not a squeak.

Hi, I am from Indonesia...Here in Indonesia, It is so amazing what tvi express did for a lot of people...many are being helped financially...I got the 10.000 USD in 1 month 1 week. Initially, I was so skeptic about tvi...but after, many of my friends got 10.000 USD repeatedly, I started it. And now, my groups are happy :)

The address of TVI's offices in London is fake. There are never been TVI.
On this address "Lakeside House 1 Furzeground Way, Stockley Park Heathrow UB11 1BD" now and before are staying the "REGUS" company. You can check it by phone: +442086223000 (REGUS reception). (We did. My daughter went there on 1 of March, and she was surprised because of this information)
American top leader: "TVI has been promising the booking since Sept. 2009. Same thing over and over. I think they are dragging the process to make more money. I don't think they will ever produce a product. I was with TVI for 90 days and done pretty well with it as well. Had over 4,000 people under us and cycled out of the Express Board over 10 times. But I recently stop promoting TVI because no one in the United States or Canada had gone on the vacation, receive a lap top, or a 10 day European vacation.

@Satz -- That's Network Solutions themselves. As I reported MUCH earlier on my blog last year, that's because TVI Express turned on "domain privacy". Look it up.
ReplyDelete@Admin -- that TVI Express "certificate" can ONLY be redeemed on the TVI Express backoffice redemption system, and as far as I can tell, all available locations are in India! (It's documented in my blog, really) And apparently they delayed redemption to March 1, 2010, and again to some undetermined day. I doubt it's worth anything.
@ZSault -- that is a virtual office, as I've suspected. Simple check of Google Maps UK shows no less than FOURTEEN other business at that same location, no suite number difference at all. It's already reported on my blog.

I went to a TVI meeting and had a feeling of it being a scam, right when they asked to pay the $250 and how easy it was to earn the $500 and $10,000. BUT there are people who really earned the $10,000 (personal friend).

@Katrina, The $10,000 was not a "true" $10,000. It was put in their "ewallet", which is phantom account. The only thing they were able to do with that account was to buy more travel vouchers. I don't doubt that maybe in the very beginning, there were a select few that got an actual $10,000, just like in the very beginning stages of the Bernie Madoff scheme there were some people that got some money.

@Katrina, Yes I still think it's a scam. Like I said before, there were some fortunate few in the beginning stages that got their $10,000, but for each ten that got their $10,000 that night, there are tens of thousands that did not get theirs, but played by the rules.

@Maya: the only office that's PROVEN to exist is in INDIA, specifically, Bangalore, India. There it is called TVI Express Holiday Ltd. As for dealing with member data, that can all be easily computerized. It's just data, like a forum, or Yahoo! Answers, or Blogger, hosting bazillion blogs like this blog here. You are required to enter a referral ID, so the genealogy is generated easily from that. It is when a LIVE PERSON is required, like a phone call, or an e-mail, that TVI Express is extremely slow in responding, which implies they are severely undermanned and leave most e-mail unanswered.
ReplyDeleteThe issue is not whether TVI Express exist or not, but WHY it would choose to use virtual offices to make itself look far more prestigious than it actually is. It's a huge difference to say you're a company in India. vs. "a international conglomerate headquartered in London, UK".

Here is how, I made the us$ 10,000 into the prepaid us$ 250 vouchers, so it's around 40 vouchers. I sell these vouchers to new members for normal price which is us$ 275 (in my area, normal price is 275:p), whether they come from my network or not. So when it is done,I got 40 x us$ 275 = 11,000.
See, I got another us$ 1,000 profit.
If you just wait until TVI pay you,I don't know how long you'll wait to get it folks.
But thing is different when I want to get the free 7 days 6 nights, I have tried for 2 months and no answers at all.
For me it's still okay, because I got nothing to lose, I got my money.
But people whom I recruit are suffering, some people join just because the free hotels, and they can't get it.
I can't say if this TVI is a scam cause I get my money, but I do believe that it is just a money game.
My advice on TVI, if you got money from it, just cash out asap, don't wait.
If TVI just get booming in your area, take your chance and remember this first in first out, do it quick.

@Riccardo, You din't need TVI to do what you did. Basically you did the classic pyramid scheme. You could have used an ice cream voucher to do what you did. Was the $10,000 real money or ewallet money? Big difference.

If these people arent your friends or family i guess you dont care but its just not an ethical thing to do. not to mention its illegal in the US to profit from a business where the only income is by recruiting other members and not selling a service.
